Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time — see estimated timeline at checkout or contact us for details.
Shipping Carrier: We ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email when it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Sales Final on Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order items (including personalized designs, team orders, and ranked gear) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your size and design before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joannapruszynski@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will make it right.
Standard Items (Non-Custom): Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in original condition may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must have original tags attached. Exchanges are for store credit or a different size/color only — no cash refunds.
Items Not Eligible for Return: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Custom/personalized items. Sale items.
How to Start an Exchange: Email joannapruszynski@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
